Delete your Ardent MDS Plus account

Ardent MDS Plus lets you request deletion of your account and associated personal data.


How to request account deletion

  1. Open your email app using the same email address registered in Ardent MDS Plus.
  2. Send an email to: ardentmdsmediahub@gmail.com
  3. Use subject line: Account deletion request – Ardent MDS Plus
  4. Include in the email:
    • Your full name
    • Registered email address and/or phone number
    • Optional: reason for deletion

We will verify your identity and process your request.

Processing time: We aim to complete requests within 7–30 business days.


What will be deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete or anonymize account-related data, including where applicable:


What may be retained

Some data may be retained for a limited period when required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

Retained data is kept only as long as necessary for these purposes, then deleted or anonymized.


Data processed by third-party services

Your account data may have been processed by service providers such as Google Firebase and Razorpay. We will delete data in our systems under our control. Third-party providers may retain certain data according to their own policies and legal obligations.


If you only want to stop using the app

You may sign out at any time. To fully remove your account and associated personal data, you must submit a deletion request using the steps above.
